Towards financial freedom

In previous post i had ask a few important question regarding money.

First, how much money you want in your life? 3k/month, 5/month, 10/month...and is it possible?

Second, how much time do you need to achieve desired money?

i.                     If 8 hours (8.30 – 5.30) per day and 22 day per month(minus public holiday) you can earn RM3000 (as example in previous post).

ii.                   If you do part time job: RM 35 x 2h=RM 70....and 2 time in week RM 70 x 2=RM 140 then monthly RM 140 x 4 weeks = RM 560 (let say we take 600)

It’s mean in 1 month you require

8hours x 22 days=176h(from salary) + 2 hours x 2 times x 4 week = 16 h (part time)

192 hours = RM 3600

So if you need 10, 000 per months you need to times 3.

192 x 3= 576 hours and RM 3600 x 3= RM 10 800

If you depend on time to work for money then you will require plenty of time. You will work very hard....like crazy day or night..no leave to earn money.......

If this is a way......i can guarantee, you won’t be rich.....you won’t achieve financial freedom..................what you get is tired, exhausted and frustrated.

My friends.......the magic word is not working hard...but working smart.

In order to achieve financial freedom..........we need to put the money working for us...not vice versa.

Our conventional mentality since school...we are being taught that.....you need to learn till excellent and get good job and save money.

This way of thinking you won’t be rich....you can have a lot of money....but you won’t be rich................

You need to put the money work for you.......and this is what we call passive income..........

Before i continue, i would like to share with all one story......

Last 2 weeks I attended 5 days training at HQ....it’s really good training and i learn a lot..The number of participant is 12.

On the fifth day all participant need to do presentation in order to apply what we learn 4 days before. We are free to choose what topic but need to deliver it interactively.

The topic I choose is ‘money creation’. We have 20 minutes to present and I’m third person.

When my turn comes, i gave my very best to fulfil our assessor need in interactive delivering..

Then other participants comment  from their point of view.

What i want to highlight here is the comment from one of the female participant.

After i finish, she said my presentation is boring. The topic i choose is not suitable with me because I’m science background..need to choose other topic that relate with my background..She never  knew or learn in her formal education about money creation. She just teach what ever in sillybus.(The female participant is lecturer in financial management course)

After all comment from participant, the assessor start to comment. I got praise from the assessor for my topic that i choose and a few techniques that i used. It surprises the assessor and gave some idea for him for his financial planning. But not denial there’s a lot of weakness.. that need to be improve.

From this story, What i want to emphasize is when it comes to money actually its everybody matter. Why? Because everybody involve in money. You look in your wallet sure you will find money. And most important thing financial problem is involving each of us and it global problem. Regardless what background you come from when we talk about financial problem, it is everybody matter.

Secondly, she is used to give lecture in financial management and she is from finance background but she never knew what i’m talking about. And that’s why she got boring.

Why?

Because money creation is not being teach in formal education. I also knew not from my formal education but from rich people that practice and already achieve their financial freedom. I learn from them and just starting to practice it.

Financial management and Money creation is difference.

Financial management is how to manage the money in order.

But money creation is how you create the money. And what i focus is passive income. Passive income is what the rich have..They don’t really work but the money work for them.

All of us want to be rich and financial free....but not all of us realize and do what the rich did. A lot of people is making money out there while they don’t really go to work!

WHY????????????Because they not need to............their money work for them.......
